High-ticket work goes wrong when nobody explains what happens next. Here is exactly how a project runs, start to finish.

Consultation
Whether you have an existing home or are building a new space, our unique line of questioning draws out your lifestyle and how you'll actually live in the space. From there, we establish how we can enhance your home and optimize the living experience.

Design & proposal
You get a designed system with a written proposal: what goes where, what it does, and what it looks like. Theaters include a 3D model, so you see the finished room before anything is built.

Installation
We work with your builder, electrician, and designer to ensure a smooth, cohesive execution. Cables are run neatly and properly, speakers are placed precisely in relation to lights and other fixtures, everything is straight and level, and racks are built to be serviced. The job site is left better than we found it.

Programming & calibration
Scenes are built around your routine and customized for the time of day. Video is calibrated to show what the director intended you to see. Audio is measured and tuned for peak performance. It's a step many rush through; we take our time.

Training & support
We sit down with you and everyone in the household to make sure everyone knows how to drive it. Then we stay reachable with remote monitoring and support, because sometimes things get forgotten.

What areas do you serve?
All of Orange County, from Huntington Beach and Costa Mesa through Irvine and Newport Beach down to San Clemente, and inland through Tustin, Anaheim Hills, and Yorba Linda. If you're just outside the county line, ask; we take projects in Long Beach and north San Diego County regularly.
How much does a smart home system cost?
It depends entirely on scope, and any company quoting a number before seeing your home is guessing. A focused project, such as lighting control in the main living areas or a media room, is a very different investment from a full-property integration with a dedicated theater. The consultation is free and ends with a written proposal, so you'll have a real number before committing to anything.
Do you work with builders, architects, and designers?
Constantly, and it produces a better result. When we're brought in during design or before rough-in, we coordinate the low-voltage schedule directly with your team so the infrastructure is right the first time. If your project is already underway, get us in before drywall.
Can you work with a home that's already built?
Yes. Half of our projects are retrofit. Wireless lighting control, RF shades, and carefully surveyed access points let us deliver a full system without opening finished walls. We walk the house first and tell you honestly what's feasible where.
Do you supply the equipment, or do I buy it myself?
We supply everything we install. That's deliberate. When the equipment and the installation come from the same place, there's no argument about whether a problem is the product or the wiring, and you have one number to call rather than a manufacturer's support line.
Do you service systems installed by someone else?
Yes, absolutely. This is one of our specialties. Schedule an in-person walkthrough and we'll tell you whether your system can be taken over and extended, or whether you'd be better served replacing part of it. You'll get a straight answer, with the goal of preserving what you already have.
What happens after the installation is finished?
We train the household in person, leave documentation, and stay available. Supported systems get remote monitoring and firmware maintenance, which means a good share of issues get resolved before you've noticed them.
